About our Graduate Outreach for Women (GROW) Programme
GROW is our dedicated programme to bring together women who are building their career in finance. We pride ourselves on cultivating a diverse workplace that recognises talent and rewards ambition, and invite women in their pre-penultimate year of university to GROW your personal and professional selves with us.
Through the programme, we will provide you with the opportunity to speak to senior colleagues and recent graduates as you learn about the opportunities we offer across the bank and develop your career skills including personal brand, networking, and productivity through structured workshops. You will speak to and learn from senior colleagues and recent graduates through networking and mentoring schemes, and divisional deep dive training sessions. Join us for an interactive play workshop over 2 days with networking and mentorship opportunities to guide you towards your professional goals.
What we look for:
We welcome all students studying in any discipline who are graduating between December 2026 to July 2027 to apply. This is an in-person event from 6-7 March 2025 in our Singapore office. Attendees will need to be available to join us in-person for the full 2 days of the program to be considered.
CV submission is required. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, followed by the invitation of online assessment as part of the screening process.
