The dbAcademy programme is a two-day programmer that will provide you with an overview of the work we do at Deutsche Bank. You will get to experience the collaborative and inclusive culture that you could be a part of, while learning about our business through case studies and conversations with recent graduates who will relay their first-hand experience.

The programme will consist of an Introduction to Deutsche Bank including divisional deep dive training sessions. There will be opportunities to speak to and learn from senior colleagues and recent graduates through networking sessions, and interact with fellow students on the programme through group presentations and team-based tasks.

What we look for:

We welcome all students studying in any discipline who are graduating between December 2026 to July 2027 to apply. This is an in-person event from 15-16 May 2025 in our Singapore office. Attendees will need to be available to join us in-person for the entire 2 days of program to be considered. 

CV submission is required. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, followed by the invitation of online assessment as part of the screening process.
