Our Berlin Technology Centre has a strong focus on promoting technical excellence – our engineers work at the forefront of financial services innovation using cutting-edge technologies. You will work alongside the brightest minds in the business, as you develop your digital skills and explore where you can apply them to make the greatest impact on our industry and clients across the world. We offer a structured entry-level rotational programme that will equip you with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to build a long-term career as a technology professional at Deutsche Bank.

 

You will have a chance to work in two different teams and depending on your rotations you will gain expertise in:

  • Designing and delivering engineering solutions for our businesses and customers
  • Enhancing our infrastructure capabilities and functions with new and fresh ideas
  • Performing and improving QA and Test Automation frameworks
  • Providing production engineering services to ensure the safety and reliability of our technology
  • Operating at the forefront of financial services technology at scale

What we look for:

  • You recently completed your Bachelor or Master studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • You can write code in one or more programming languages such as but not limited to Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Python, C++. You understand software engineering, architecture principles, and software testing techniques as well as software development cycles
  • You are passionate about working for a global player in the world of finance
  • You have good communication skills with business fluency in English and enjoy collaboration in agile teams

To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must:

  • Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025
  • Be able to start full time work in July 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements
  • Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships)
