Deutsche Bank Human Resources Graduate Programme

 

Our Human Resources Graduate Programme (July, 2024 – August, 2025) is an early career programme, designed for students in final year of studies and fresh graduates willing to start a career in the Human Resources field.

From 1st Day of the DB Graduates Programme you will have the opportunity to learn about and gain exposure into the various HR activities. Functional areas the graduate will rotate through include: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance & Reward. You will interact with multiple departments, employee populations, and unit leaders while assisting with HR projects, job duties, and various tasks.

 

What’s in it for you?

  • Full time DB employee from 1st Day with permanent employment contract;
  • Global Orientation Training: 1 week in-person training in a DB global location;
  • 3 job rotations, ~ 4 months each;

Participating in the graduate programme, you will:

Apply to our HR Global Graduates Programme if you:

  • Are a student in the last year or a fresh graduate. There’s no specific degree we look for. We value more the proven interest in working in the HR domain than the degree specialization.
  • Got involved in any extracurricular or volunteering activities alongside your studies;
  • Have been part of any student association and/or have organized projects connected to the HR area;
  • Are available for a full-time job;
  • Are open minded and self-motivated in learning and growing.

 

Please note that to apply for our 2024 Graduate Programme you must graduate in 2024 or have graduated in the last 12 months (i.e., in 2023).
