About the divisionFixed Income and Currencies brings together top-tier sales, trading, structuring and research teams across Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange, and Rates. We empower clients to achieve their financial goals by offering tailored solutions to manage risk, secure funding, and access liquidity.
About the role:Launch your career in Fixed Income via our Direct-to-Desk Graduate Programme. Following an extensive Orientation and Training programme, you will join your team and gain immediate, hands-on experience. To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Programme you must:- Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2026 and 31st July 2027.
- Be able to start full time work in July 2027, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
- You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree.
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
- For some placements within Fixed Income, in addition to English, certain language skills are desirable
