About IB Transformation, Global Process & Resilience Management, Chief Operating Office, Automation and Innovation (Business Enablement):
Are you passionate about transformation, process management, operational resilience and business enablement within the Investment Bank? We recruit for a range of challenging roles across the following teams
- IB Transformation or
- IB Global Process & Resilience Management or
- Chief Operating Office (COO), Automation and Innovation (Business Enablement)
Our IB Transformation team defines and leads the IB Transformation Book of Work, managing projects from inception to delivery. We handle a diverse portfolio, including business growth, regulatory and control improvement projects. As a member of our team, you will help shape the Investment Bank’s strategic agenda and drive meaningful change.
IB Global Process & Resilience Management (GPRM) leads the Investment Bank’s process management and operational resilience agenda. The team manages global business process data, supports regulatory requirements such as DORA and develops data-driven and automated solutions to improve process management capabilities as well as our non-financial risk management (e.g. crisis management, operational resilience, recovery & resolution planning). As a member of our GPRM team, you get the opportunity to learn and improve our responsibilities across the Investment Bank businesses.
Chief Operating Office, Automation and Innovation (Business Enablement) supports the effective management and operation of the Investment Bank. We provide business management, governance, financial oversight, onboarding support, and automation solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and control. Using AI, data analytics, and low-code technologies, we simplify processes and help the business focus on what matters most. As a member of our team, you will gain exposure to both business management and innovation while helping deliver practical solutions across the Investment Bank.
About your role:
Given our German roots and dominant market share in Germany, we have the broadest range of roles in Frankfurt compared with our investment banking peers.
As part of the Internship Programme, you can expect:
- Gain hands-on experience in strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare presentations, reports and management information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Investment Bank.
- Contribute to process improvements, innovation and automation.
- Take ownership of defined tasks and deliverables.
What we look for:
- Do you have knowledge of the banking sector and an interest in in holistic Investment Bank deliverables across central functions?
- Have you possibly already gained some practical experience in a company or a consulting firm and ideally have project management experience?
- Are your communication skills strong, and are you fluent in both spoken and written German and English?
- Do you have excellent knowledge of common office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel?
- Can you quickly and flexibly familiarize yourself with various topics and global workgroups?
- Are you an organizational talent with an independent and proactive working style?
- Are you a responsible, committed individual with excellent analytical skills?
