      About Global Markets (Fixed Income & Currencies) – our capital market business

      Fixed Income & Currencies is part of our capital market business and combines Sales, Trading and Structuring. FIC aims to build long-term, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with our major corporates. It brings together a top-ranked institutional sales force, world-class research with trading and structuring expertise across Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Emerging Markets. The Fixed Income & Currencies business enables Deutsche Bank to respond to increasing automation, regulatory expectations and

      client demand for standardisation and transparency in execution across fixed income, currency and emerging markets.


      Your responsibilities

      Embedded in your global graduate class, you start your career with several weeks of specialist trainings that prepare you for your upcoming graduate programme. In several rotations you then get to know the Sales, Trading and Structuring teams. The specific tasks that you deal with will depend on your role within the team.


      In Sales, you will develop answers and solutions to the challenges of different target groups and maintain the customer relationships of Deutsche Bank. In Trading, you will ensure the continuous provision of liquidity for the products we offer and manage the risks arising from new business and market movements. In Structuring, you will work closely with your colleagues in Sales and Trading to develop individual client solutions.


      Whichever path you take, the graduate programme enables you to benefit from exciting learning experiences and further develop your professional and personal skills.
