About the role:Our technology teams design, build and run engineering solutions that support Deutsche Bank’s global customers. In this role, you will help modernise our technology landscape, reduce complexity and risk, and create solutions that drive business growth. You will join a creative, collaborative and innovative team, partnering with others, sharing ideas and making a real impact through technology. Our structured Graduate Programme gives you the technical foundation, practical experience and skills to build a long-term career as a technology professional at Deutsche Bank.
Depending on your rotation, you will build expertise in:
- Designing and delivering engineering solutions for our businesses and customers
- Providing production engineering services that keep our technology safe, stable and reliable
- Analysing business data within Deutsche Bank to shape plans and delivery
- Enhancing infrastructure capabilities and functions across the bank
- Developing strategic technology solutions
What we look for:- Studying computer science, business informatics, (business) mathematics, industrial engineering or a comparable scientific discipline with a strong IT focus
- Passionate about innovative technology and curious about financial topics
- Some practical experience, particularly in programming
- Confident using MS Office and common applications
- Strong communication skills, fluent English and basic German
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire others with your ideas
- A responsible, committed personality with strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex topics
To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Programme you must:
- Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2026 and 31st July 2027
- Be able to start full time work in July 2027, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships)
