    • About the Programme:

      Our dbEnable Work Placement Internship Programme is an internship programme designed to recognise talent and support students with disabilities to gain professional experience across various divisions in the bank.

      You will receive formal training and be placed on one of the Corporate Bank teams, working in our day-to-day business as well as on special projects. You will build relationships and learn from Corporate Bank professionals from across the organization and the globe, seeing the truly global nature of this business and clients. You will contribute to the innovation of new ideas to help our clients and colleagues achieve their goals. You will gain experience across various products and functions and discover our market-leading solutions firsthand. You will also learn about the innovative technological solutions we are developing. The internship is an ideal way to learn whether a career in Corporate Bank meets your needs and aspirations.

      About the division:
      The Corporate Bank is a market leader in cash management, lending, trade finance, trust and agency services, securities services and risk management for FX and Rates. We have deep client relationships, and our client solutions relate directly to the real economy.

      Hiring Teams:

      Cash Management: Delivers a wide range of innovative payment and cash management related products to corporates and non-bank financial institutions.

      Coverage: Provides our clients with holistic solutions to meet their strategic objectives – with full access across the Corporate Bank’s product suite as well as the expertise of the Investment Bank across the Asia Pacific Region.

      What we look for:
      We recruit students who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills; proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background.

      To be eligible for the 2027 dbEnable Work Placement Internship Programme you must:

      • Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st December 2027 and 31st July 2029.
      • Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
      • Be available for 1 month full-time internship in January 2027
